If it sounds like you, we would love to talk. You’ll be the frontline revenue driver for a fast-growing online fitness coaching brand. Your canvas is DMs, discovery calls, webinar follow-ups, and social media conversations. Your weapon is empathy. Your goal: turning curious scrollers into paying clients.
You will work directly with qualified leads generated by our marketing team — but the conversion magic is entirely on you. If you know how to read body language over video, spot hesitation in a text reply, and reframe objections without being pushy — you’re exactly who we need.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-quality discovery calls and video consultations to understand prospect goals, pain points, and readiness to invest.
- Read behavioral and conversational signals (tone, hesitation, questions asked) to tailor your pitch in real time.
- Follow up strategically with leads from Instagram DMs, WhatsApp, Zoom calls, and email sequences.
- Convert cold and warm leads — including those who said ‘Not right now’ or ‘Let me think about it’ — using empathetic, logic-based persuasion.
- Maintain a CRM pipeline, log all interactions, and report conversion metrics daily/weekly.
- Collaborate with the content and marketing team to share objections you’re hearing so messaging can be refined.
- Hit and exceed monthly revenue targets while maintaining a positive, zero-pressure sales approach.
- Upsell and cross-sell higher-tier coaching packages to existing clients where relevant
- Implement different Sales strategies to help launch more adequate solutions for our audience.

Qualification & Experience
- 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in online education, health coaching, fitness programs, or D2C services.
- Proven track record of closing high-ticket or mid-ticket sales (₹10,000–₹50,000+ programs).
- Comfortable conducting video calls (Zoom/Google Meet) and handling WhatsApp/DM-based sales conversations.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
- Strong understanding of the fitness/wellness industry and the psychology of health transformation buyers.
- Excellent written and spoken communication in English,Hindi, and Punjabi.
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment.
Nice to have
- Personal experience with fitness transformation or online coaching (as a client or practitioner).
- Knowledge of social media sales funnels, lead magnets, and webinar-based selling.
- Experience with high-volume follow-up systems and automation tools (ManyChat, Wati, etc.).
