We’re looking for an HR Generalist to join us as a founding member of DarkLion Studio and Team HumanAI.
This is not a traditional HR role — it’s an opportunity to help build the people foundation of a growing startup that operates at the intersection of SaaS, AI, and brand building.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, scheduling, onboarding.
- Set up and manage HR operations: policies, payroll coordination, compliance.
- Support & Manage performance reviews, appraisals, and L&D programs.
- Use AI-powered HR tools to automate repetitive work (e.g., candidate sourcing, screening, engagement).
- Build and maintain a positive culture aligned with DarkLion Studio’s values
- Coordinate with leadership on workforce planning and hiring priorities.
- Act as the go-to person for people-related queries.
We Want You If You Have
- 6 months – 1 year of HR/recruitment experience (startup/tech experience preferred).
- Curious and excited about AI in HR — using tools to automate and scale processes.
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable and self-driven — ready to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Passionate about culture-building, not just admin tasks.
- Brave enough to step into the unknown, make mistakes, and learn fast.
Bonus Skills
- Knowledge of AI HR tech tools.
- Creative employer branding (social presence, LinkedIn culture stories).
- Basic finance knowledge for payroll & compliance.
- Conflict resolution and mediation skills
Growth Path
- Year 1: HR Generalist (Founding Member) – set up systems, support hiring.
- Year 2: HR Lead / People Ops Manager – manage recruitment, L&D, culture scaling.
- Year 3: Head of People & Culture – oversee team, lead HR function, build employer brand.

- Must be startup-ready: adaptable, self-driven, and comfortable wearing multiple hats.
- Must believe in AI adoption — use it daily to automate, improve, and scale HR work.
- Must have excellent communication — since you’ll be the face of DarkLion Studio for the people we hire.
