Job brief:
We are seeking a talented developer proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript with a strong emphasis on core design principles. Your main responsibilities will include crafting user interface components and implementing them using established development methodologies. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the robustness and maintainability of the application. Collaboration with team members across various infrastructure layers is essential, highlighting the significance of your problem-solving skills and a keen eye for sophisticated design.Your expertise in core design and development principles will be the primary focus.
Responsibilities:
- Design Web Application using: HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript.
- Understanding of CSS pre-processing, such as LESS or SASS and front-end web tools.
- Proficiency in core web vitals and SEO readiness of web applications.
- Knowledge of browser and platform compatibility issues and ways to work around them
- Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
- Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use & optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
- Collaborate with the engineering team to discuss user interface ideas and applications
- Manage and optimize current code, make it clean and maintainable.
We want you onboard, if you have:
- To be successful in this role, you should have extensive in building web pages and in-depth knowledge of the following programming languages. HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Animation, SCSS, LESS, and front-end languages
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, with a focus on advanced concepts such as closures, prototypes, and asynchronous programming
- Experience working with different image and output formats to optimize output size and performance. Image manupulation with JavaScript.
- Browser testing and debugging experience, using tools like Chrome DevTools or Firefox Developer Tools
- Understanding of SEO principles and their implementation in frontend development
- Good problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex JavaScript issues
- Knowledge of React.js is a plus.
